Your preferences, treated with care

Your privacy

The preference finder asks about your food preferences and routine. It does not ask for measurements or medical history. You can use it without providing an email address or paying.

A session cookie lets us save your progress in your current browser session. Answers are encrypted in our database. Quiz sessions expire after 30 days; expired sessions cannot be reopened, and scheduled cleanup removes expired answers.

The current service does not load advertising pixels or session recording. We keep first-party journey counts for landing visits, quiz steps, optional contact capture, results, offers and verified purchases to understand funnel performance. These facts contain random journey identifiers and version/step identifiers, never your answers or email address. We can also retain bounded campaign codes (source, medium, campaign and creative), the funnel language and a country code supplied by trusted hosting infrastructure. We do not store full URLs, IP addresses or user agents in these tracking records. These first-party journeys and their facts are retained for up to 90 days from entry; account setup can preserve the journey reference through checkout. Renewals are not counted as new acquisition purchases. When enabled, we forward a limited set of these activity facts to our existing PostHog EU analytics project using a random journey identifier. We do not send your answers, email, identity, full URLs or visitor IP address, and we do not create a person profile. No PostHog browser cookie or recording script is loaded. PostHog retains its copy according to the existing project’s retention settings; removing a first-party record does not automatically remove an already-exported event. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this external export. You can also turn it off below. Our first-party progress and operational counts continue. Quiz answers are not sent to an email-marketing provider.

An email address is optional. If you leave one, we store it encrypted with your quiz attempt. Marketing permission is a separate, unchecked choice. A request remains pending confirmation; submitting this quiz does not subscribe you to active marketing emails. Restarting your quiz removes its old answers and pending contact record. Expired quiz cleanup also removes its contact record.

If you create an account, we store the information needed to sign you in and manage it. The separate food-preference form asks you to confirm your eating style, allergies, foods to avoid, cooking routine and timezone. Account intake drafts are encrypted and expire after 30 days without an update. With your explicit confirmation, we save an encrypted, versioned record of these preferences and your acknowledgement until you delete your account. Updating preferences creates a new version. If you arrived from a quiz, its displayed preference summary and source version can be saved with your intake; this saved copy remains after the original quiz expires. Saving preferences does not subscribe you to marketing emails or authorize a charge. You can update or delete your account in Settings. Subscriptions and paid plans are not open in this preview.

Your analytics choice

Anonymous activity analytics are allowed for this browser session when enabled for this environment.

This choice is separate from email marketing. Re-enabling applies to future activity; it does not send your previous history. Analytics already sent to PostHog cannot be recalled by this browser control.

This page describes the current preview. The full service will have its own reviewed privacy information before launch.
